What is it?
This is the session that has built our reputation as the best Fit Camp / Boot Camp around. A strength and conditioning circuit, designed to tone and burn fat and develop fitness that can be directly related to sports performance. We pride ourselves on having high level athletes from sports such as boxing, mma, rugby and hockey to name a few, training alongside fitness enthusiasts and complete begginers.
Think Sleds, tires, ropes and burpees - lots and lots of burpees!!!!!
Inspired by training techniques taken from diverse areas of fitness such as boxing, martial arts, rugby, gymnastics and the military. This is all about muscle endurance - working in rounds expect to sweat and grit your teeth to get to the end of the session. This is great for developing all around fitness as well as conditioning you for your chosen sport. Expect to be pushed hard.
