What is it?


30 minute High Intensity Interval Training session.  This is the

shortest but probably the hardest session at SFC.  


Work in sprint intervals followed by low intensity or rest

intervals it’s a non stop roller coaster ride that is guaranteed to

burn fat and tone your whole body.


More of an emphasis on core exercises than the FIT Camp.  It’s all about efficiency get far more done in 30 minutes (and that includes your warm up, mobilisation and cool down) than you would during an hour of steady state exercise like jogging or swimming.


We very rarely use any equipment at HIIT Camp, utilising old school body weight exercises that hit the whole body.


Sounds simple but its a Killer!!!!!!


Why do it?

  • Burns more fat that steady state exercise due to increase in metabolic rate that can last up to 48 hours after training

When is it?


We strategically place this session 6.15pm on a Friday to mean anyone with plans later on can be finished and on their way home by 6.45pm.  Also the extended calorie burning effect of the HIIT Camp will set you up for the weekend where a significant proportion of our members feel they struggle with diet and excess calorie consumption.
